Light at the End of the Tunnel: RTK Graduation

It looks like that time is finally approaching. It's taken me longer than initially thought, but it's looking like I'll be finished with Remembering the Kanji on the 22nd of this month. At that point, I'll have been through the whole book. Written every Kanji. And, for Kanji, it'll only be reviews going forward. I'll finally be ready to finish up the kana, and then move on to sentences. Sentences is where it's all at - they are where I'll begin to understand Japanese on a lower level. It's where the change from only understanding a little of it switches to only not understanding a little of it - and eventually fluency. To say I'm excited is a vast understatement, but I can't even think of the words that would be appropriate for this accomplishment, and the way it makes me feel. More details to follow next week.
